We are a specialist manufacturer of traditional and Pre-Fabricated lightweight Arches which are offered in any required style. We have over 20 years experience and have optimised our processes through Innovative techniques to reduce lead-times whilst at the same time have enhanced the quality of our products.
Our management were the first to develop the wideley adopted Pre-Fabricated techniques and materials which consists of a Cement fibre board which is injected with polyurethane to increase durability and to withstand the heat fluctuations of weathering.
We have a core advantage over our competitors as we manufacture our Panablock arches internally which gives us the flexibility to adapt to our customers requirements in an agile fashion and helps us to achieve our responsive lead-times.

For our Voussoir Arches we Arch brick slips in a loose form which allows bricklayers on site to incorporate them as a detail feature in to the brickwork. They are regularly offered in a semi-circular style which enhances the look of any building.
Our prefabricated Panablock arches are the most commonly requested due to their ease of access on site.
Due to the nature of the materials they are extremely lightweight and durable and can be manufactured in any style. These commonly Range from Segmental, Flatgauge, Semi-Circular and Bullseye arches.
Segmental arches are arched in look and brick slips can be incorporated in Stretcher patterns, Double Header patterns where the middle of the brick slip is pointed on site in a horizontal fashion to create the traditional double header look as well as more unique styles such as our Header arched style.
We generally incorporate a plastic insert (supplied by ourselves) into the Arch for a Flat Bottom segmental look but we also manufacture True segmental's for some of our customers who prefer a traditional Segmental look.
Our Flatgauge arches also know as Flat Arches are offered at any Skew but most common is 70 Degrees and can be made in either 3, 4 or 5 Course heights.
They can be tailored to individual requirements and preference and can be offered with a keystone supplied by ourselves.
We offer Semi-Circular Arches which can also be faced or double faced on soffit if required, which allows the brick arch to be seen underneath the Arch if it is to be projected from the brickwork
Generally these would be used for the purpose of featured porches where the whole arch is on display.
As the name suggests these arches are Bulls-eye in look and are used as a unique detail in the construction of a Home. The brick slips can be pistolled so that the arch can either be sent back within the brick work or slightly projected.
Our Panablock technology also allows us to offer a structural alternative where lintels are not being used which allows the Arch to support Brickwork.
We manufacture the arch in the required style with what we term a boot which is 100mm in length either side of the arch and wrapped in steel around the back and bottom of the Arch.
Brick slips are then pistolled so that the brick work can be seen underneath so that the arch can be slightly projected if required.
This innovative technology allows us to offer our customers a lightweight structural option to circumvents the commonly manufactured alternative of Concrete Arches which are vastly more difficult to install on site as they are extremely heavy in comparison.
